  1. Hi ! I've got a laptop (ASPIRE 7551G by ACER) with windows 7 factory installed (so no installation CD) and I'd like to resotre it to it's factory settings (I'm afraid there are a lot of junk on it and I don't need any files on it anymore, so it's ok if everything is removed) Is there a way ? Thanks !!
  2. Hello, I am using windows 7 32 bit in my HP Compaq laptop.recently because of some virus i think i deleted some files from system32. Now i am not able to use my external USB modem the error i am getting is modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly. I tried the solutions provided in many sites, but none of them worked. So i was wondering if i deleted some modem related files from system32. Is there a way to check and restore the files required. I have no restore points set. so system restore is not an option. Also i dont want to format the machine. Any help is really appreciated Thanks
  3. I recently needed to Backup all my files and also do a System Image Backup, on the advice of a member, to solve a problem. Once the problem was resolved I Restored all my files, but I have found several Application files missing and, also, my entire e-mail contents have gone missing. How do I get this stuff back ?
