But now, when trying to design similar site or even do other things with installed softwares, i get sluggish operation, sometimes my pc hang. Could this be because of the new windows 10 OS or what? All I can say is "It's possible" but without knowing what your full computer spec is or what software you used to create the website it's nearly impossible to say.
