Belatucadrus
Pork chop, roast potato, mashed swede and Kale served with gravy and apple sauce. None of which give me any beard issues, except maybe the gravy.

andsome
I didn’t know that there were chicken hunters. I thought chickens were to be found on farms.

-pops-
Perhaps hunter's chicken would have been more acceptable a name if it had remained in French - Poulet Chasseur. Today I'm having mussels on a bed of sautéed leeks, tomatoes and garlic in white wine served with couscous.
-pops-
Last night's mussels were a great success (my own invention). I'll give it another go and if as successful the second time, I will post the details in the recipes section. Tonight is a sausage and butter bean casserole - as with the mussels, if it is good I will post the details.

Belatucadrus
Yesterday my brother and his wife visited, her birthday was the day after mums, so we went to the Holt Fleet for a meal. Today, not sure I'll sort something out when inspiration strikes. M & S cold roast chicken, slice of smoked Brunswick ham, new potatoes and side salad. -pops-
Tonight's meal is extremely simple and childlike but something I've always liked but only rarely eat - Chip butties and soft boiled eggs.
