Resolved - Microsoft Office 2003

Recommended Posts

In Microsoft Word 2003, when I select New Blank Document I should see a New Blank Document with the margins Top 1", Bottom 1", Left 1", Right 1".  However the New Blank Document I see does not have a top or bottom margin.  I cannot correct this by selecting Page Setup because the margins already reflect the above.  I imagine the New Blank Document Template has become corrupted.  If I am correct in my assumption I do not know what to do to correct it.  Hopefully, one of our members know how to correct this and will tell me what I need to do.  While I have the original disks to reinstall Microsoft Office 2003 I would prefer to reinstall only as a last resort.  As always I will appreciate all replies and would thank you in advance.

I have resolved my blank document top and bottom margin not appearing.  Open Microsoft Word, Tools> Options> choose the View Tab, under Print and Web Layout options be sure White space between pages (Print view only) is checked.  Should anyone be experiencing the same problem I recommend them trying this solution it worked for me, but I still have no idea how it ever was changed in the first place.
