doug
And what prey tell is a tab browser?
Pilch
Rather than open in in separate windows in is in 1 window with loads of tabs underneath.Netcaptor is one.. uses IE but just loads it to one window
nellie2
Here is a screen shot doug..... see all those tabs, they are all different windows I have open, I can just click on a tab to bring it to the front. So much better than having seperate browsers open or all that forwards and backwards stuff in IE!!!
andsome
All those are down the bottom in IE. I have four there now.

-pops-
Is aol a good browser or should i use ie or another browserIsn't it linked to the AOL Internet service and software? The only times I've seen an AOL browser is on an AOL equipped computer.Have a look at the other current browser thread for some good alternatives.http://www.windowsforum.org/forum/index.ph...wtopic=8921&hl=

djohn
Copied this over from the other thread Besty in case you miss it.If your with AOL at the moment Besty then go to Keyword "Thailand" thats the code name for version 9 and download it. Although it's still BETA it is the version due for release. When I was with AOL I was BETA testing version 9 over 10 months ago and it was very stable right form the word go. Much nicer to look at and use. :)

Ash
106mb for an extension allowing tabbed browsing in IE? Why waste time with that, get Firefox which is a tenth the size of that and does everything better.
Guest ellas
Hmmm not everything better firefox led mark2 to a porn site and trojan while Ie did not :D
Ash
Hmmm not everything better firefox led mark2 to a porn site and trojan while Ie did not :DRight, and that shows on the whole that IE is much more secure and safe than Firefox. However, I'll expand my original point a bit: why get that 106mb download when multiple other browsers of better quality are available at much smaller sizes?
