Scarthy © ® ™ Posted March 19, 2003 Author Report Share Posted March 19, 2003 The drivers are primarily for the newer boards with 8x AGP etc. Users with hybrid chipsets (with a VIA southbridge and AMD northbridge for example) should obtain drivers from their motherboard manufacturer.I have an Asus A7V266-E Mobo and had to install some of the drivers manually. ;) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Note - Windows may restore the files back to the Windows versions. In this case the files have to be installed manually....All can be found in (right click) My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager....Open the '+' to view.VIA 4.46+(IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers) = Via Bus Master IDE Controller.................5.1.2600.120+(System Devices) = VIA CPU to AGP Controller......................................5.1.0.3441VIA Standard CPU to PCI Bridge.............................5.1.0.170VIA Standard PCI to ISA Bridge..............................5.1.0.170 ;) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
