Anyone know any solution for this?

I have a Windows 2000 Advance Server running as a Domain Controller and now i have one more new server which is Windows 2003 Small Business Edition and i am trying to merge it in as a DC as well.

But some how an error message says that I can't do that.

Anyone know why? It is possible to have a mix mode server right?
