That's very kind of you to post, and welcome to the board from me. Scarthy's the Unreal Tournament 2K3 hotshot around here, so be sure you look out for him.

At 619kb that is a painless download for 56kers also. I wonder (not having looked into it yet) but this is a stand-alone or updated TTM V2? Had more time and it's from Pakman so yep, answered it myself. It is only necessary to download this slim shadey, but you need an up to date patch I presume (see next para).

I may have confused it all since I've been away from UT2003 and on BF1942 a bit lately - but that's considerabely less than the first one? That weighed in at over 20mbs I think? (Long time downloaded on dial up too - ouch). Guess it's smaller in size then as the first version was incorporated into one of the earlier patches (would need to check the sticky post above to see when/if info is still there...). But Epic Games, it must be said, have a far more healthy attitude to their MP games playing downloaders than EA Games for sure - I could continue the rant... but won't. Just hope EA and Rockstar Games (of course!!) sort themselves out re., looking after their customers who fund the r+d so future games can actually be made.

It's great news though and I am sure Scarthy will appreciate it for sure!! I will too (once I get my puter back up and running with UT2003 installed again). There are a great many less 'smacktards' playing online in comparison to BF1942 too, so that is an appealing proposition, and another reason yet to 'jump ship'.

Don't worry peeps, I'm not going to abandon ye all in thine hour of need aboard goodship '42, but need a break from daft sods who team kill etc - I'll also only post infrequently here so no more long cluttered posts from me. The additional info I rambled my way into providing was for the benefit of those clickophobes out there on 56k, and lazy goits like moi who like to see it all where they need it (right in yer face)
