Anyone had any problems with ebuyer?

Back in September http://www.ebuyer.com ripped me off to the tune of nearly £100 after making me promises and not living upto them. I bought goods from them one item which was misadvertised, and the following month another item which I then couldn’t use. I spent £20 in phone call charges and eventually got them to agree to take the items back and foot the bill for the return cost, I then got charged a restocking fee for the products after stating this was not acceptable and they then proceeded to take £10 from my bank account without my permision for carriage costs they`d previously agreed too pay for.

After reading up on the hundreds of web forums so many bad reports from unhappy customers I decided to do something about it.

On October 20th 2002 my website "EBuyerdotcon" went live. Its a website designed to inform customers of my opinion of ebuyer and a place where I publish all the complaints I can find and get sent from customers who have been unfortunate to suffer ebuyers god awful service. Its a place where I've put together useful links and downloads and a place where people can have their say in my guestbook whilst at the same time have a laugh.

EBuyerdotcon has received over 15500 unique visitors since October 2002 and now has hundreds if not thousands of opinions published. Ebuyer has remained completely mute on my website and not even defended or addressed any of the published opinion or customer complaints.

EBuyerdotcon "Made the wrong choice, didn't you?"

Has anyone on windows forum also been a victim of ebuyer's wrath, or has everyone had good ebuyer shopping experiences?
