hp1502
Hi,I have a problem with w32time. my w32 time client is running on windows xp sp1 while my ntp server is running on windows 2000 using NTP 4.2.0. When i configure w32 time client at registry editor (Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\w32time\time providers\ntp client\specialpollinterval) to sync every 30 minutes, it doesn't sync every 30 minutes but 17 minutes. i try to edit the regedit and change it to sync to 2 minutes, but it still sync every 17 minutes. is there any special reasin why this behaviour happen? Thanks
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Could it be related to this -> Windows Time Service ignores the local polling interval values in Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP ?
