Guest Cookie
I haven't used my CD-R or CD-RW for a week or so, when everything was OK, but now they won't auto-run. Data or music. Can someone please remind me where to check things out. Gently, I'm on late turn and haven't been home long, my brain is out of sync at the moment and I can't for the life of me remember where to look. :(
Prince of Calcutta
have you tried right clicking your cd drive in my computer and configuring it under the auto play tab ? in properties box ..
Guest Cookie
I'm running XP Pro. I right clicked and chose properties and tried both 'prompt me' and 'Select an action to perform'. Still no auto-run, data, music or blanks. I re-installed XP thinking that may cure the problem but in didn't. :( (I cured a similar problem several months back, on my mates computer, but can't remember what I did). <_><

Guest Cookie
bvw in bristol. Yep, all ticked OK.I found some info about turning autoplay off.Start - Run - (type) GPEDIT.MSC - Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - SystemI clicked on enable and disable but there is no way shown to switch it back on once it's off, so I came out of there pretty quick.I'll have another look round.
