Unwanted iexplore.exe process in TM

I have 2 iexplore.exe processes running in Task Manager at all times. The problem is I don't have any sessions of INternet Explorer running on my desktop. I also don't have MSN messenger running.

My question is how or why are these unwanted iexplore.exe processes running on my computer?

Also, how can i nullify them? Using task manager to simply kill them never works. They simply reappear.

I've checked MY IE tools options and everything looks legit. Also, I've ran all the routine virus/spy checkers. Nothing!

Any ideas?
