Maxim Posted January 24, 2006 Report Share Posted January 24, 2006 Hi,I'm looking at increasing my network capacity it seems that the nic on my domain controller is at full capactiy, any ideas on what I should look at? Are you going to replace the NIC and see how your network performs after that?Have you run any programs like ethereal to see what kinds of packets are flooding your server? Have you made any recent network changes that could account for the increased traffic? Could it be virus or spyware activity?If you want suggestions, I would have to know more about your network like how many PC's, how many servers, what kind of core switches, etc.?
