Dutch Posted March 7, 2006 Report Share Posted March 7, 2006 I have a computer with 2 NIC card running 2k3 as a DC with DSL service.Remote desktop is ENABLENIC#1- is used for the internal network. IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.5. It is connected to a switch.NIC #2 - is use to connect the 2k3 server to the internet via a router which is connected to my DSL modem. This NIC has an IP address of xxx.xxx.xxx.2. I have no problem accessing the server internally, but when I try to access it from a computer that is not on the network it is denying me access.I have disabled the router and windows firewall to see if that was the problem, but no luck.HELP!!! IF anyone can help with this issue, I would appreciate it.PS.Before I promoted the sever to a DC I had no problem accessing it from remote computers.
