homecomputeraid
Sorry precursor,I don't get what you're trying to do. Are you trying to share a resource (such as a file or hard drive), or an Internet connection? If you want to share an Internet connection, you would configure Internet Conneciton Sharing on the computer that acutally has the PPoE connection. precursor
Thankyou for replying.Yes,I'm trying to share an Internet connection. But not with ICS cause that would mean everyone on my LAN can use it. Instead I was thinking of using windows vpn so that they have to be authorized to share it.What I'm unable to do is route the Internet to the incoming vpn connections. homecomputeraid
Are you controlling access by computer, or user?In other words, do you have (or are you able to have) a few computers that get to the Internet and a few that don't, or will different user logins require access at different computers? homecomputeraid
Do you have a Server or VPN capable Router you can VPN to? You'll have to have someplace to 'terminate' the VPN connection.
