Yeah Ano Posted April 27, 2006 Report Share Posted April 27, 2006 Hi all,At my place of work we have a server with all of the printers installed on and shared out. In order for people to print we currently map to the printers location on the server. This is an issue as it means that if people move to a new PC we have to map the printers again. Im trying to write a batch file to map the departments printers and then use it as part of the logon script for anyone within that department.So far i have organised the users into departments (OU's) within AD's nd have it mapping network drives but i cant find out how to map printers.Any help would be appreciated!!
