hi,

I'm trying to find a way to Login into a Network place where it requires a username and password with another username and password after i have entered mine.

What i mean is, i logged into my network folder with my name with FULL admin rights, but i wish to now log in with another name on to the same location. the only way i can do this is if i log out of my workstation and relogin and then enter the other details when it asks me when i double click the network folder again.

how can i remove or clear the previous session login for me to login with another name without having to log out of windows?

thank you

Bhups

In network neighborhood, you should see what folders you are connected to on the left. Right click on whatever one you want to disconnect and their should be an option to disconnect or remove. This happens because of your credential caching. When you setup a share, if you do not like this feature, you should remove caching. ex. net share MyShare=c:\myDir /cache:no
