Virenque Posted July 10, 2006 Report Share Posted July 10, 2006 I have a problem with two taskbar icons. I had power options and sound taskbar icon enabled and they were always there. Few days ago they disappeared. "Always show icon on the taskbar" is still checked in power options. When PC starts it waits for a few seconds and then it shows other taskbar icons. There is still soundman.exe in task manager but taskbar icon is not there.I hope anyone can help me.Thanks for your help :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted July 11, 2006 Report Share Posted July 11, 2006 Hello, and welcome to the Windows Forum!I don't know about Power Manager; the Sounds Control Panel icon also has a checkbox to show or not show in the taskbar (most people call it system tray, or systray, to distinguish it from the portion that shows user tasks).
