nigel Posted November 9, 2006 Report Share Posted November 9, 2006 Hi everyone. i have 2 DNS servers in my network which both work fine separately. when i enter both addresses in the IP config of my WIN XP client it will use the first one. if this one fails it will not failover to the second, it will keep trying to use the first. i've even sniffed the packets and it doesnt even attempt to contact the second DNS server.any ideas?many thanksNigel Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
