Windows XP interferes in my internet connection

Oh, yes as the title suggests. I got this problem about my internet always fall down every few minutes. I mean, you know, the connection will drop to 0 and then goes back again for 30 seconds but after it reaches its highest possible speed, it will burst down again :( I thought at first that it was my ISP Provider's fault but after confirming to them that it wasn't their fault, I thought on rebooting and reformatting my computer and after that, it works!! but after 4 days of interuption-free downloading and surfing, the problem starts again so this time I waited no longer and rebooted my computer and that instant, the connection became good again but now, after 3 days has passed since my 2nd reboot, it is starting again!!! I am getting tired of rebooting so I wanna know why is this happening???? I never experienced this kind of problem before just now...

I searched everything for the cause, and I saw the problem in the MS help about "Wireless Internet Connection always drops every few minutes" this is exactly my problem is but the thing is the suggested resolution did not fix my problem. I AM on wireless internet but not the PC-to-Phone thing but my PC hac a cord and was connected to the roof with an antenna on it. I already have this internet connection for almost a year and I had never have any problems with it. It's just now..... what shall I do??
