gordythegouge Posted December 5, 2006 Report Share Posted December 5, 2006 Can anyone tell me if the Scandisk function is available in XP Pro as I'm having problems with my Muvo mp3 player ie having to disconnect the player without safe removal option which gives me the instruction on the Muvo LCD to apply the Scandisk function to the Muvo? The easiest way to run it isright-click on the disk or partition you want to check -> Propertiestab ToolsError Checking: Check NowNote that CHKDSK will run during the next reboot if it is the Windows disk (usually C:).[edit] or you need to run CHKDSK on the MP3 player...?
