Alexis Blaze Posted December 23, 2006 Report Share Posted December 23, 2006 I have 2 login on my windows xp, one is for the administrator, and one is a restricted user.. I want the restricted user to only can write or append file and folder on a few allowed folder...i have set up the sharing and security just the way i want it, but i found a problem... there's a folder where i put all my installed games... some off this games won't work on the restricted user but it works fine if i log in as the administrator... maybe b'coz they don't have enough privilage..i have grant all privilage to the restricted user for this folder (and subfolder)... is there any other folder that i need to open up for the game to work?? as a note, i have grant all privilage for "common files" under program files and "documents and settings"....Thx in advance...
