harsha Posted February 18, 2007 Report Share Posted February 18, 2007 I use windows XP. When dial-up and Windows Terminal is opens but could not type the user id in. just time out after few minutes. The buttons "Done" and "Cancel" works. Can you give us a screenshot if not?You write that you "could not type the user id in"; what happens if you try? Just nothing? The second screen is the "terminal window". I need to type username but it does not accept any key strokes. When typed nothing happens. Cannot paste either. It was working before. Once in I will use an IP address to Telnet to a Mainframe system. Dial-up using phone connection is the only option that was given.
