Reece_Neumann Posted March 10, 2007 Report Share Posted March 10, 2007 When i refer to start up images, i am ona bout the image file that loads up strait after the windows loading screen which usually shows the computers manufacture logo .e.g. Packard BellCan someone please give me a list of coman directorys and file names for different manufacture types, if their not all the same. cozofdeath Posted March 11, 2007 Report Share Posted March 11, 2007 Ahh, sorry. For that you should know your BIOS manufacture and version and probably what motherboard you have. You will then have to download the BIOS from the manufactures website along with flash software, create an image to an exact format and size, put it into the BIOS using a 3rd party tool, then reflash your BIOS and hope it starts. When you reflash, if the file is not completely built right the computer will not boot. So you must be careful when going this.
