The problem appeared about an month when secure sites, some installations etc. did work about at 50% of tries. Later i wasn't able to open any secure sites with Explorer so I reinstalled Vista. I formated the partition but the problem still exists. It's annoying because I must usually try to run setups several times before they start. I'm using 64 bit Vista Ultimate.
