Gaming mouse

No sorry I don't Ordep. Not on the Logitech one but...

I use this natty little Trust number which works okay for me. It's got 5 buttons (2 side ones which can be used as BACK/FORWARD clicks for IE and the like). Thing is games wise, the extra buttons do come in really handy but no device I know of is 100% compatible.

Anyhow it's available for £25 at maplins, which is cheapest I've seen it. Good thing is it's optical, has its own charging cradel, can be used USB or traditional psa (?) ports (with supplied adaptor) and is wireless (RF). Give it a good rating myself but it won't be good for very fine motor skills (artwork not driving) - it does jump a little. Still, gameswise - it does the job, unless you want something hard core.

Also, no need to install the trust software - it will work with microsoft drivers.

Well, you're link has finally loaded up - looks ultra sexy. (Sad eh?) Same sort of thing with extra buttons and compatible with UT2003, which my trust mouse is not. A skim read notes the concerns of wake up and signal frequency response for fast gaming action, the trust is fine in both respects.

Looks a good un to me Ordep, the Logitech and I'd be interested in how you fare with it and how much it sets you back (if u get it).

I love buttons.... they're yummy. <_<

Looks the dogs wotsits to me ordep. I have a Logitech optical (corded) and it's good. However, I would love some extra buttons as they are indeed very yummy  or perhaps a game pad would be more suitable. I must say I find using a keyboard for some actions very clumsy (me or it, probably both!). If you do go ahead with your fancied purchase ordep a review would be appreciated. :)

Seem to be around the £55 delivered.

Think I'm going to have to curb my enthusiasm though,

Got my daughters wedding this year,

Been out looking at wedding dresses today,

Blimey, could buy a descent putter for the cost of a dress :(
