Respected Admin!

My Specifications:

I am connected to a cable net service provider and the administrator provides internet facility to round about 215 computers right now. Connected each other with Switch. My Operating System is "Windows Xp Professional Service Pack 2" and everything is perfectly alright. Unfortunately!

My Problem:

is sometimes I am having a ping problem with the server and other network nieghborhoods. I didn't discuss this with my Network Administrator due to if I know about this thing then he can't misguide me, like he can say your LAN Card is not working or windows problem also some other friends of mine are having same problem.

Disturbance:

It happens any time between 10 or 15 day for 1 day or maybe less during this I can't access to Internet contnously or niether access to the Local Media Server and other network friends but everything works fine after that time.

Is this a switch problem, we have a minor light fluctuation problem in our city or this is a cable fault.

Please help me out of this trouble. Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

NEMESIS.
