DeanFX
I believe It is my drivers, but It could be the hardware...maybe somebody can help me. I have a sony vaio laptop, and my wireless hardware, and my actual ethernet hardware cannot be found.I downloaded and installed the proper drivers for the wireless card and I installed them...It's still showing a yellow question mark in the device manager.I could not find proper drivers for the actual Ethernet because it wont even show me the exact name of the drivers I need to search for...It just says "ethernet Controller".Can someone please help me, so I can get this laptop online, either via wireless or lan.Thank you!Any help is greatly appreciated._Dean - Administrator @ bored-board.com | aselectfew.comCheck us out! ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
When you obtained your VAIO, it probably came with some kind of manifest that listed all devices, including the exact type of your network card.It may also have come with a disk that contains all the device drivers for your computer.
