GrandpaJ Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 I purchased a upgrade from the Vista Home Premium that came with a new HP computer to Vista Ultimate from MS Windows Anytime Upgrade. It was download to the Digital Locker as is their method of operation. Note I have used Digital Locker previously for other downloads without problems. The download seems to be in the Digital Lockers as there is a item indicated as waiting. However I can not access the download. I have called the customer support for Windows Anytime Upgrade and they have been working on the problem for 3 days before this weekend (they don't work weekends). They were very nice and call back but don't seem to be very good at working out the problem.
