ickes634 Posted November 3, 2007 Report Share Posted November 3, 2007 Whenever I hook up my mp3 player to my computer and have windows media player or my zune software. I have the program open and then i hook up my mp3 player whenever it detects the mp3 player a windows error report box pops up and i try to debug the program but it doesnt work. I have tried syncing two different mp3 players in two different programs and both times it crashes. I cannot figure out if it is the add hardware program or just both of my mp3 players or both of my media players. Someone please help me.
