When I send it to myself a message appears saying the attachment can not be opened because it could not be scanned because of an internal error. How do I solve the problem? When I attached the document I wanted no one could open it. I then decided to e-mail the attachment to myself and it would not open, because of an internal error it could not be scanned for a virus. This only began this week and it continues to happen. When I go to my virus center it says I am fully protected. AVG Free Edition is my anti-virus. I generally us all files for the file type for the attachment. I am not sure what you mean by meassage type. Where would I find that to figure out what it is? Hope you can help me Pat.
