pauld
I am using Outlook for my email, currently I am unable to delete any emails over approximately 30 days old. I get the apparently infamous "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error..." message. Tried running scanpst and pst2gb with no success. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Welcome to the Windows Forum. What do you want to delete - everything older than 30 days? If so, you could try AutoArchive, but delete instead of archive. If this is not what you want, then one more question: what account type do you have (POP/SMTP, IMAP, Exchange Server)?Since you ran pst2gb, I assume your PST file is not over 2GB?
