A multiple times I tried to drag and drop it on a place without any good result. Is there some way to put in on a place, I mean to return it back to the horizontal position?Thanks in advance. The easiest way is when the taskbar is completely empty. What happens if you drag it to the desktop bottom?If you are completely unable to drag it back to its original location, try a System Restore to the point before it transformed.
