v3trae Posted March 26, 2008 Report Share Posted March 26, 2008 I'm working on a clients machine who had a pretty crazy virus infection. Long story short after cleaning all the malware out the machine will continually push me back to the welcome screen, much like hitting windows L. No screen saver comes on and the machine isn't hybernating. I have never seen this before and curious if this is virus activity, a problem with windows or if there is just some option to do this that I have never seen. Any help is appreiated. Thank you.
