Hi,

The whole Domain get a jpeg image displayed on their desktop's.

I need to stop this from happening on one machine what is the best way to do this?

I have tried creating a new OU with no group policy and blocks inheritance but the user still gets the desktop.

Any ideas?

We are running Windows 2000 server with XP desktop machines....

Thanks

Pete

I would create a new OU make it separate from the other one. Put that user and computer into it. Then apply a fresh policy to it. If you dont want to rebuild the whole policy just copy it and rename as something else and take out the desktop settings that are making that image appear. I would also check and make sure that its not loading a mandatory profile that is putting it on the desktop.
