Major problem with directx installation.

When I try to install directx 10 (or any other version)... http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;DisplayLang=en

...I get an error which in German says(sorry I have a german computer)

I have tried to:

• Use a directx uninstaller before installing
  
• Install it in safe modus
  
• Install an older version of directx
  

I would appreciate any help.

I see on your profile that you have Windows XP; DirectX 10 does not install on XP.

When providing log files (or any other external files), it is safest to use this forum's upload / attach feature, rather than upload it on a 3rd-party site. I personally hesitate to click on 3rd-party site links, especially if no file type is specified.
