Do you mean that you don't have a shortcut in the Start menu of the other accounts? If so, move the shortcut from your account to 'All Users' (Start -> Settings -> Taskbar and Start Menu -> tab Start Menu -> Customize -> Advanced; this will open Windows Explorer. Drill down to your userid -> Start Menu -> Programs -> (Microsoft Office?), then drag-and-drop the Word 2007 shortcut to All Users -> Start Menu -> Programs -> (Microsoft Office?)).(Not sure if standalone Word will create a Microsoft Office folder.) If I click on programmes in either of the lads accounts, it is not there.I followed your advice to the advanced bit . But got lost after that. Can you see that?Once you have found that, move (drag-and-drop) it into the All Users, Start Menu, Programs (Microsoft Office) folder.Let me know if you need more guidance. There are various (hundreds) of methods of creating screenshots, so I won't go into these details here.You can open Windows Explorer directly, without going through Start -> Settings etc.Start -> Programs -> Accessories (-> System Tools) -> Windows Explorer. Expand the C: drive, expand Documents and Settings, expand your userid and 'All Users', expand Start Menu -> Programs on both users, then possibly Microsoft Office. Here you should be able to copy the Word 2007 shortcut from your userid to 'All Users'.Yes, it would be helpful to see a screenshot from your situation.
