ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
When you start your PC, do you wait unitl Windows and all startup programs are fully initialized? I usually don't touch anything until the HD LED stops flickering.

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Your startup may have become longer than before. This can happen for several reasons, i.e. more startup items, and/or disk fragmentation. To check your startup list use Startup Inspector (use 'Consult' to get additional information on the startup items). Uncheck items you don't want to run, then click 'Apply'.
CirtexHosting
I think that it worth to reinstall IE and try again. I have to say that it helps usually.
