I have already went to Control Panel > Display and tried to change the font back from there but I only had two options fixedsys and System. Also, I dont have any option to install fonts, but my fonts are still all there. I had this problem a while back, but I forgot how I fixed it. I'm running Windows XP Home with SP2, I believe.
