busymom1
hey all. I added some new issues that may be related to my first issue so if someone can peek at my first post that would be helpful!Just now, I tried to right click on my c drive and it won't let me do that. It says microsoft has encountered an error and has to shut down.

busymom1
oh my goodness yes you're right. When I go to My Computer and try to right click on my c drive to view the properties it says "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close." So, any ideas why i can't view my C: drive??? That's can't be good right???
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
I think this is a good time to check your system for malware. Go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and run a full scan of your system (use v6.6 as it is faster and easier than the current v6.5).
