MacOSXrocksToo
Hi, I have messed something up somehow, I think it was from when I tried to use the backup program in XP to make a backup of my system, but now every single program icon is white with a little blue top line, until i open it up, then it goes back and stays back (but just for that icon). The icons are white, no matter where i access them (all programs, desktop, C:\Program Files\)So is there a program to restore all of the icons without having me sit at my computer for 6 years opening every program I have? Thanks! ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Use TweakUI from Microsoft PowerToys and click 'Repair Icons'. If that doesn't work, do a System Restore to a date before the problem started.

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
I would first try TweakUI; it has many useful features, not only Repair Icons.
