Notoriously freezing Win 2008 x64

I have just recently installed Windows 2008 Server x64 and converted it to a workstation (wifi, themes, autologin, etc.).

The problem is that system freezes for no apparent reason. I can browse a webpage, use office or whatever when everything freezes. I cannot move a cursor either.

It usually happens within 2-30 minutes after booting up.

At the same machine I am running WinXP 32bit and it works flawlessly. I also run prime95 and memtest86+ with no problems.

It is really annoying as it prevents me from moving to a new system.

Any ideas what may cause it?

My setup:

Compaq v6065ea

Turion X2 1.6

4gb RAM

Nvidia Go 6150 (shared memory)

With the Event Viewer (Computer Management).

Alrite, will look into it and come back with findings.

No idea what this means...

Basicly, it's a software that removes components from Windows iso making it smaller before and after installation. Some ppl went down to 1-2GB after installation, I just stayed at 5GB.
