mrmalkovich
hey all.. i'm running windows xp. i have an external drive that up until last night was designated as drive G. last night i noticed that a drive called "CD Drive" had swiped the G designation, and my external drive had become H. upon restart the CD drive disappeared, but my external drive remains H, even after unplugging, restarting and plugging back in. and when i right-click on My Computer - Manage - Disk Management - Change Drive Letter and Paths, G is not an option, even though no drive on my computer is currently using G. please advise...
