How to send a document to print queue in "pause mode" ?

Hi everyone,

I want to know if there's a way to send a document to the print queue immediately,

and have it paused as soon it's been received.

In fact, it would be more or less like doing a batch print...

but sending the various documents one by one , raedy to be printed,

but not printing them immediately, instead have them queued in "pause mode",

not affecting the print jobs of others ( these jobs will 'jump over' the paused jobs...)

and release that whole 'batch' of print jobs that were in pause, at the moment i'm ready

to have them printed...

Do anyone have any faint idea on how someone could do it ?

( please don't answer me that i just need to go to the print queue and

have them to pause as soon i send them..., i already know that one...)

If you search Google with your question, you will find a gazillion cases where the opposite occurred; print jobs ending up paused in the printer queue. So there is a way. Look for the answers, then reverse it to get the result you want.

(please don't answer me that i just need to go to the print queue and

have them to pause as soon i send them..., i already know that one...)

But eventually you will have to go to the printer queue anyway, to "unpause" the jobs, in order to get them printed...
