Mapped network drive access problem

HI!

I have a problem with accessing mapped network drive. Every time after reboot when I want to access mapped drive it prompts me incorrect username and password window requesting new one . I can access mentioned drive after typing right username and password. I checked "Remember me" also every time. HOw can I remove default username and password which it uses to access network share. I tried to find used credentials in stored user passwords(user acccounts\advanced\manage password_ but there is no one in a list.

I must say that problem is tied only for this user. When I log in as a second user on this computer and map the same network drive, it works perfectly.

What should i do next? How to remove this credentials? Are some changes in registry necessary?

• what is the Windows version of the user with the problem?
  
• what kind of network (domain, workgroup)?
  
• is it the users own name he must login to the network resource?

I have decided to create new user account and solve problem on that way. I tried to make some changes in registry but unsuccesfully. Operating system is Win Xp, and workgroup. New user accesses mapped network drive without any problems.

Usually you can clear the default userid and password that you previously typed, using the following command on the command prompt (run->cmd.exe or start->accessories->command prompt):

net use Z: /delete

where Z: refers to the drive assigned to the network path.
