Rares Posted April 29, 2009 Report Share Posted April 29, 2009 Hello,my name is Rares and this is my first post here so hi to all!How can I insert a user from another computer in a user group form my computer?Specifically, as seen in the picture that I have attached, I want to add a user from the computer 2 in a user group from computer 1. homecomputeraid Posted May 1, 2009 Report Share Posted May 1, 2009 Welcome Rares!In Windows XP, you'll right click on My Computer, select Properties, then look at the Computer Name tab. Make sure the workgroup listed there is the same as the workgroup on your Vista computer. If it is not, change it using the Change button.In Windows XP, also make sure there is a username with the same name and password as the user account on the Vista computer by going to Control Panel, and double clicking the Users icon.
