I have a costumer's printer -Hp460c printer- and it's got this kind of problem : the "ON" and "RESUME" LED are on , and the right printer cartridge LED is intermittent , so it does not print.So the main thing to do would be to substitute the cartridge to solve the problem , yet , the costumer " assures " me that another is the problem , not this , not the cartridge.Had anybody had a simillar problem ?
