From the DXDIAG, tab System, the version is - DirectX 10.0(4.10.0000.3311).
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
You have DirectX 10? I thought that was for Vista only? How did you get it - as part of your game? If so, I think you should contact your game's developers.

I would contact my game's developers but the problem lies in DirectX, the game is not running because of Direct3D I've never had a problem like this and I have no idea how to fix it.I just remembered, you are thinking of DirectX 11, while I was searching Microsoft's Website, I cam across DirectX 11 and when I attempted to download it, it said Vista only. Many people in FAQ sites and other Forum sites that hte web has lead me to says that they have problems with DirectX 10... and on my notebook where Halo is actually working, it has directx 9 installed. So i would like to uninstall 10 and install DX9. How would I uninstall DX10?
