ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted June 4, 2010 Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 The 0x000000D1 error is usually associated with device drivers; check the Event Viewer if it gives you any indication which driver may cause the problem.Also try http://fixitcenter.support.microsoft.com/ to find any obvious driver problems. jimv7 Posted June 4, 2010 Report Share Posted June 4, 2010 Right click my computer, left click on properties/system protection/advanced/start up and recovery/settings untick the box automatically restart. windows should give you an error message now instead of just restarting. hartaberta Posted June 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 the automatically restart is cancelled now, so I'll get the message next time,I did find a driver that doesn't installed properly, the print screen is attached,but it's weird since I've download the latest drivers from both Gigabyte website for my H55M-UD2H motherboard, which related to the realtek drivers, and from the realtek website,the versions are 2.96 from Gigabyte and 2.99 from realtek, and nothing helps,I also download the latest driver for the ATI 5770...that's it for now... hartaberta Posted June 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 Hello again,just had another blue screen, while trying to install the driver manual with the realtek's driver.Surprisingly, the driver seems to be installed properly, no yellow mark and stuff...let's wait and see if there will be more blue screen (hopefully not :] )btw, the automatic shutdown cancellation did not help since my pc is connected to a TV screen, and from some reason when the blue screen took place, the TV has the "no signal" message... so I could not see the message...I'll upload the new dmp file, although I guess it has the same content has the previous one...(change it's suffix back to dmp,thanks,060710-18501-01.txt Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
