Makcalable Posted December 23, 2010 Report Share Posted December 23, 2010 Have you tried running system file check? as i think this is down to corrupt system/reg file's.maybe think about installing & running MalwareBytes Free too on full scan try normal mode then if no joy try in safemode.Have you installed any updates or other programs recently? I may be wrong but I don't think that has anything to do with adding a right-context menu option unless it used to be there and suddenly disappeared - and if so, then I would suggest running the Repair option in Word. And although it is never bad to ensure a system is clean of malware, Guna's question suggests nothing about malware problems.@Guna - As I noted, you are referring to what is called the "right-context menu". Unfortunately, you did not tell us which version of Windows or Office you are using, so I can't give specifics on running the Repair option. Check Word's Help. I suggest you look through this Google search results list, add new Word document to context menu. You might also check this use of Tweak-UI and post back here if you still have questions.
